I really appreciated the individuality that came through in this video! I think it is fantastic that the assessment tools in BLF have given you a better sense of your personal identity and pride in that identity.
Your comments on your personal leadership style show that you have definitely grown since you began the program. The insight that you have gained about your strength as an “elaborator” will definitely serve you well as you approach future group work. Additionally, I appreciate your heightened awareness as to when you might step up or step back in leadership situations. You are absolutely correct that a good leader knows when to lead and when to follow.
I am glad to hear that you have many fond memories of the events and workshops during your time in BLF. Take the time to review your inventories again (especially the parts of the career inventory you made mention of) and you might discover that you perceive the information in a different way now that you are on the verge of graduation.
